The Confederation of University Faculty Associations of British Columbia (CUFA BC) stands in solidarity with the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) Faculty Association following their successful strike vote. The following motion was unanimously passed at the Fall Council and Annual General Meeting held in Prince George on October 3, 2019:

That CUFA BC express its solidarity with our colleagues of UNBC and call upon the Board of Governors and Administration of UNBC to bargain fairly, providing all appropriate costing of items in the honest attempt to reach agreement.
